Using 1on1-jerk-off.com means agreeing to the seven points that follow. We kept them brief deliberately; anyone who disagrees should simply leave the site.

1. Adults only

Only people aged 18 or above may use the site, and only if they also count as adults under the law of the place they are in at this moment. Content about adult sexuality must be lawful to view in that place. By confirming the age check you confirm both.

2. What this site is

1on1-jerk-off.com is a written guide about privacy and safety in one-on-one webcam calls between adults, with start buttons that link to a webcam site run by an outside company. Video hosting, running the live shows with performers and handling accounts or payments are all outside what we do. The guide reflects careful, general advice; it is not legal or technical consulting for your particular situation.

3. How partner links pay for the site

This site has no paid content and shows no adverts. It is financed through partner links: the start buttons and some text links carry a code that tells the provider that you arrived from here. Registering or buying something there can earn us a fee from the provider, while your own cost stays exactly as it would be without us. Partner links are marked rel="sponsored" in the page code, and our judgement in the guide does not depend on them.

4. The partner’s rules apply on its site

The start buttons open ImLive, a service of an independent company, in a new tab. From that moment its terms, house rules and privacy policy govern what happens there, including any purchases. Disputes about calls, payments or accounts belong with that company.

5. Your behaviour

Use the chat only with adults who agree to it, respect a no the first time you hear it, and never record, share or sell another person’s image without consent. Anything involving minors, coercion or threats is prohibited and will be reported where we learn of it.

6. Liability

We put care into accuracy but cannot promise that every statement fits every case or stays current. So far as the law allows, the site comes as it is, and responsibility for outside services, their content and the behaviour of other users lies with those third parties, not with us.
